"The endorsed practitioner who, through perseverance, will go break the textual limits of the 85/2006 Law, will discover a whole new commerce world. The debtor, usually a less honest man, denounces his own insolvency in order to take his creditors by surprise. He thereby becomes an ephemeral lord over time, which he wishes to freeze, and by this, he paralyzes his creditors. They realize that they pay high prices for something they have entrusted him with and which they consider to be natural and necessary: the commercial credit. The creditors haven’t even managed to recover from the first bewilderment when the debtor quickly shows them a recovery plan which is almost always fanciful and financially unsustainable but which will certainly consume the creditor’s precious time. And this is only the begging of a procedure made of paradoxes and crowded with defiances of the principles of law – once believed to last forever”.
