Expert insolvenţă carries out the duties of: administrator / judicial liquidator, special administrator, ad-hoc mandate or adjudicator and it is member of the National Union of Insolvency Practitioners from Romania.
The company is represented by the coordinating partners, all having a long experience both in their own field of expertise and in the insolvency practitioners sector.
Our company has a wide experience in the insolvency field acquired through managing judicial and bankruptcy reorganization procedures, and voluntary liquidation for more than 400 companies in Hunedoara and Alba (40 under insolvency procedure, 364 with closed proceedings, 2 under voluntary liquidation, or following the winding-up ruled on by the Judge appointed at The National Trade Register Office.)

Financial and human resources
Our company is composed of professional staff and works with highly qualified collaborators. The team is made up of five insolvency practitioners, legal advisers, tax advisers, evaluators, lawyers, management and business counselors, marketing counselors etc.
The human and time resources our company can allocate for carrying out the duties of administrator/ judicial liquidator are considerable; we can therefore assure the quality and the efficiency of the legal actions required by managing an opened insolvency proceeding against the debtor.

Internal Organization
Expert Insolvenţă SPRL is represented by coordinating partners with a large experience in their fields of expertise and in the insolvency practitioners sector. The company is structured in four departments with clearly assigned tasks in managing the insolvency proceedings; an important role is also plaid by our collaborators. The projects are being coordinated by the case managers helped by a team of representatives from each department - all having well-determined tasks.
- The Legal Department - is made up by graduates of Law, graduates of Law Faculties of Cluj, Timişoara, Arad and Sibiu universities. According to the internal procedures, each legal adviser is being assigned with solving the problems for each insolvency case where the company has been designated Judicial administrator/ liquidator. Consequently, our legal advisers can develop efficient work practices by building a “portofolio” of companies in judicial reorganization, bankruptcy or winding-up proceedings by means of which he can follow up throughout the proceedings the specific issues for each case under his care. He is therefore familiarized with all the emerging problems and has a high understanding of the subject, basis on which he can make the right decisions and actions for each case.
- The Financial Department – is made up by competent staff - economists with a wide experience in the field, which are assigned with supervising the accounting/financial activities and solving the financial problems for each insolvency case where the company has been designated Judicial administrator/ liquidator. The efficiency of this department is based on the same principles we have mentioned earlier. Among this department’s competences we can nominate the following: managing (supervising or conducting ) the accounting/financial problems of companies in bankruptcy, reorganization or liquidation– including drawing up balance sheets, making economic analysis of companies and proposing viable solutions for refreshing the activity where possible.
- The Marketing Department – is in charge with an important segment in the insolvency proceedings: capitalizing the assets in order to obtain the necessary liquidities for covering the companies’ debts. Similar with the working procedures in the other departments, the marketing specialist are handling the problems related to the capitalization of debtors’ assets which are subject of the insolvency or liquidation proceedings and where our company has been designated Judicial administrator/ liquidator.
- The Administrative Domain - is made up by competent staff (assistant mangers, drivers) which insure efficient and operative contacts outside the company, a good information flow within the company, hold the managers’ agenda, accomplish a series of routine tasks, handle data, archives, documents and provide assistance for the mangers.
