Our experience in the field is supported by the successful results obtained during our work in the field of insolvency, by the innovative and clear solutions provided for every problem emerged during the proceedings, by developing proper efficient and flexible programs elaborated and implemented to ease the judicial administrator/liquidator’s work.

The efficiency of the insolvency company depends mostly on the experience it acquired in time. In other words, the more efficient the company’s activity is, the more the experience level grows. As in any other field, the efficiency is defined in terms of quantity and quality, as proved by the number of insolvency proceedings handled by EXPERT INSOLVENŢĂ. Since the company´s set up, 300 companies out of 400 were insolvency proceedings and only 40 out of the 400 companies are still operating; the rest have been closed.

Our efficiency is also based on quality, this being one of our continuous concerns. Our working procedures and methods are in full conformity with the legal provisions and they are being implemented with equal accuracy regardless of the proceeding used or the degree of difficulty imposed by some of them.
