Expert Insolvenţă is leader on the insolvency market in Hundedoara and Alba.

According to the statistics provided by UNPIR – the Hundoara and Alba branch – and presented at the General Assembly on 4 April 2008, EXPERT INSOLVENŢĂ SPRL handled 241 insolvency proceedings, hence becoming a leader on the local insolvency market. The company has kept this position the following years due to insolvency cases it handled.

We would like to mention the fact that our company has been assigned administrator/ judicial liquidator for 400 companies located in the above mentioned areas.

Expert Insolvenţă is broadening its business area

Starting with this year, our company now works with the Courts in Sibiu, Timiş, Arad, Bihor, Caraş-Severin, Satu Mare and Mureș. In the future we intend to open new branches and logistic bases in order to consolidate our presence in these areas.

Expert Insolvenţă is approved by ANAF at national level

Our company is one of the first to be approved by the National Agency for Fiscal Administration as a result of the selection organized by ANAF under the provisions of the president’s disposition no. 697/2006 (in force at that date). SC A&B EXPERT INSOLVENŢĂ SRL was one of the first 195 insolvency practitioners approved by ANAF at national level. This accreditation was further on assumed by the succeeding companies  A&B EXPERT INSOLVENŢĂ IPURL and EXPERT INSOLVENŢĂ SPRL.

Concurrently, following the preselection organized in September 2009 by the National Agency for Fiscal Administration under the provisions of the president’s disposition no. 1529/23.09.2009,  EXPERT INSOLVENŢĂ SPRL has been approved by this institution at national level for all 15 areas.

Expert Insolvenţă is member of INSOL Europe

The insolvency practitioners who are working within our company are members of INSOL Europe (the European Association of Insolvency Practitioners).

Expert Insolvenţă is the professional successor of A&B Expert Insolvenţă IPURL.

Starting with May 2008 A&B Expert Insolvenţă IPURL changed its name into EXPERT INSOLVENŢĂ and since Emil Gros (insolvency practitioner) entered into the company, the firm became a limited liability company under the provisions of O.U.G no. 86/2006 with subsequent amendments regulating the activity of insolvency practitioners.

Expert Insolvenţă closed 364 insolvency files.

Apart from the files already closed, our company has recorded final report on other 4 insolvency files pending before the Timişoara and Alba Court. The pending trials will be closed at the date established by the Courts. We can affirm that these files have been closed in a relatively short time, hence being able to meet our creditors’ interests in the most efficient and rapid manner possible.
