Mr. Emil Gros, licensed insolvency practitioner, is a coordinating partner and founder of EXPERT INSOLVENŢĂ. Having over 8 years experience in this field he has also worked with high profile companies and has coordinated the restructuration or liquidation activities in over 500 files.
Mr. Emil Gros is Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and a member of INSOL EUROPE since 2007, after having previously held top management positions within some important companies in Hunedoara and Alba.
 Aurel Şendroni
Mr. Aurel Şendroni, licensed insolvency practitioner, associate-founder and coordinating partner for our company, has a wide experience in the insolvency and banking sector. He is a member of UNPIR and INSOL EUROPE and an internship mentor since 2001.
Mr. Aurel Şendroni, graduate of The Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, is economist, expert accountant, financial auditor, fiscal advisor and mediator, with over 20 years experience in practical activity.
 Anamaria Sanda Nastase
Mrs. Anamaria Sanda Nastase has been a licensed insolvency practitioner and a member of UNPIR since 2007.
Mrs. Nastase’s joining the team represents a promotion and an acknowledgement of her professional performances.
She previously held the position of Legal Department Manager in our company. She is a Law graduate having regularly attended scientific manifestations on insolvency and private law matters.
She is also a member of INSOL EUROPE with over 8 years experience in the insolvency sector having managed extremely complex insolvency cases.

Cristian Alexandru Tomescu
An Insolvency Practitioner since 2007, Mr. Cristian Alexandru Tomescu has an extensive experience gathered during 7 years of practice in this field.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the „Babeş-Bolyai” University of Cluj-Napoca in 2002 and he has also attended the postgraduate courses “Amicable Dispute Resolution” organized by the Faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences within the same university.
Anamaria Sanda Nastase
The insolvency practitioner, Mrs. Anamaria Sanda Nastase is the Coordinator of the legal team since its inception and has a wide theoretical and practical experience. As Team Manager she supervises the legal activities in all the pending insolvency proceedings.
Due to her outstanding results Mrs. Nastase was invited to become a coordinating partner.
 Roxana Mateuţ
Ms. Roxana Mateuţ obtained both her Bachelor and Master of Laws from the “West University” of Timişoara, specialization: Business Law, with special interest in commercial law.
Her theoretical background along side with her interest in the insolvency field and her will to work in this domain stay as guarantee for her success in handling the problems to be solved.
 Alina Costinaş
Ms. Alina Costinaş is a promising person with special professional abilities in the legal area, keen to continuously learn and with a particular interest in the commercial law field.
She graduated from the “Simion Bărnuţiu Faculty of Law of the „ Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu and she has also attended the postgraduate courses in Law and Human Resources.
Due to her experience, she can easily find the best solutions to the emerging problems.
